You can now cancel orders instantly, by logging in as a customer, go to your profile > your orders, and cancel the order.

As long as the order has not shipped yet, you can instantly cancel.  

If the item has shipped already, you will have to return the item to get a refund. Use our return portal to quickly return an item.

Customers who wish to cancel their order can rest assured that we will handle their request promptly. An order cancellation will result in a refund, and the funds may take a few days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
