You can return your item(s) purchased from COLDEST.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. COLDEST does not offer store credit or gift cards. COLDEST does not accept returns on items purchased outside of COLDEST.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order with the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of coldest.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
